The Gen 2 has 4 buttons with Hibernate, my Friends Gen 2 is that way, and I think with QuickSet installed you get all the buttons.

You may want to give this page a try, it looks great for my XPS gen1. You may have to tweak it some to work on your gen2. I tried it with powerStrip first, but I think adjusting the colors in ATI or NVIDIA color correction worked...
