I just did the standard, cheapest one. It was about $5.50 and took about 5 days. I think it was ground. If your in the Philipines maybe you should just airmail it. Probably take a week.

You can close the screen easily and completely with the skin on with no problems at all. It doesn't move around, it's stuck in place by the adhesive around the corners so it also does not stick to the screen.
