Hey fair enough. And if everything's working without it then great. Just make sure to run Windows Update after your reinstall to get the updated fixes from MS (or download them individually).

Yes it's perfectly fine. Those are a bunch of windows processes that it needs to run. I have 5 on my desktop right now. Hint: Google svchost.exe

They use FedEx and UPS. I had a mixup with my order and Dell sent me two computers by mistake (and freaking charged me for them) and one came with each company.
