the caddy ifor the CD Bay n this thread uses a Parallel ATA hard drive. (Only the primary hard drive is sata.)
just change the resolution to the native resolution of the external monitor, and it should be sharp. if you dont want to do that, and the resolution is lower than that of the native resolution of the external, then yes, it will be fuzzy.
The video card will be replaced by dell probably. If you have to, call back or online chat with different people, do so until someone gets you the gs.
