Looks like a good unit as long as you are OK with the inherent limitations of the screens viewing angle and slightly uneven backlighting. These issues are not severe and many people are fine with them, in fact, I know I would be....

1. I think you are correct that the stock screen will only use 64Mb of video RAM, but I do intend to utilize my laptop with an additional monitor hooked up from time to time and in those cases...
