yea...i too would like to see ur sourcefor this info. both lappys use the go7400 with "turbo cache" which means it shares the system memory. to me that means ~64mb or ram on the actual GPU, this would cut down on heat, size...

when i checked the sonystyle.com site yesterday in the description of the 140 it said it had a carbon fiber chasis? has this changed? edit: ahh nm...it appears it was changed
