Whooly smokes this firmware gave me 20 fps more in Doom 3 JK - thanks for letting me know about this - no more annoying clicks in the middle of the nite when its more noticable.

Mine played with no problems - Amazon 1080p - Silky smooth play - Cpu usage 65-78 percent. Nice to see movies with no grain

Its about a 20 hour game, but in Realistic mode they come in waves LOL. Its actually quite funny!! and Val taking a shower under the waterfall is nice to look at

I have the same screen, I find the screen too bright when on ac power, that I set it lower so my games dont look washed out, but on battery power it dims the screen depending on the power settings. Do you have it plugged in when its dim??

Mine seems to go to full speed when I change the Power Scheme to Home Office/Desk. If I change it to back to Max battery it slows back down. Just another opinion
