"Desperate"? It's called doing business. Sony wants to attract Dell customers who might never have thought about purchasing a Sony laptop. I don't see where desperation comes into it at all.
I don't get it, I'm a valid member of the Dell EPP site with an EPP # and I never get any discount or coupon EPP emails even though I signed up for them. What do you have to do to get them?
The Latitude D620 and D820 show up on the EPP site but there is no way to actually configure or order them, there is just a blank space. Is this usual with the EPP site when a new model is released?
