Make sure you have a language selected in internet explorer. Tools internet options, language button, and make sure there is a language there, or it wont let you get updates. Seems dumb, but it happens.
No it was 4 layers. A base, a metalic coat, a color coat, then a clear. Ive been down the chameleon road with it, and tired of it. This looks good from any angle. Ill like it for another 3 or 4 months then change it lol.
