Concur w/ Max ... for what it is it's pretty thin/light. I'm a bit spoiled coming of a S-170, but I needed something w/ a bigger screen (although resolution is the same). The screen is just plain fabulous, even when compared side by...

Don't know if you still need this Max in light of your "thoughts" post, but here's the linky to "instructions" ... about the only think I used this for was to determine order of driver re-install...

Hmmm ... I just did this yesterday w/ no issues. Did you re-install bits in the order specified? Somewhere banging around is a page on esupport.sony.com. I'll see if I can find and post.
