I need to get rid of one of these laptops. Both of them have the Complete Care warranty which makes it valuable to the next owner. I like to keep my laptop based on "upgradebility with the complete care" just in case something...

In order to get notebook replacements, is the complete care warranty usually required?
I've been able to get Dell to replace notebooks with the complete care warranty, but what if it only has the other warranty purchased?
