Just know that the Sager is merely a rebranded Clevo D900 series which you can get for much cheaper from small/generic shops.

sounds like overheating. If you're not comfortable with taking the case apart to clean the fan filters, take it to your nearest comp shop.
it's using 384MB shared?
ATi 200M should be able to run UT2004 on medium settings and low resolution. Warhammer should be perfectly fine even on higher res IF you install the patches (pre-patch, the game was a hog) I do recommend getting 1GB total if possible.
