never mind he got into dos still haveing other problems though... from dos whats the command to open windows i know it used to be a simple win but either way when he inserts his disk to boot from cd its stalls on starting instal blah...

on my fathers desktop he had a crash like a day ago and now during boot it says it cannot load dos now he says he tried booting from the cd but to no avail any ideas guys
