yea, they do pick up the phone and adam was really helpful... i just ordered the 5670 w. the xtra toppings on sat. and found out that my billing info was wrong and if the CC# had cleared i would of gotten one of the last 60 gb at 5400...

couldnt u get a secondary one for the 5670 where u just slide it in the floppy drive???
