heh, ive seen the cl56 in person at chembook usa, but they dont seem to carry the 1557 gl.

Super: I only noticed the gradient issue from the right angle. When I saw the screen from the sweet spot it didnt seem to have any flaws.

This is another laptop I would like to see in person. Does anyone know of any stores that carry it near the San Jose Area? I would like to view both the 15.1 and 15.4 display, but one would be enough.

IC IC, how about the DPI? I was reading in another post that one can adjust the native resolution of 1400x1050 in order to make everything look bigger. How is that so? thanks for all the info.
