Thanks for the replies. I ended up sending it back a second time and this time I sent the power adapter. It turns out the adapter was broken and they replaced it. So, all is good now. Thanks again.

I've already sent it into HP for service, but it wasn't fixed. All they did restore the system. The problem is when plugging the power into the power slot, it doesn't "click in"...it feels loose. Consequently, the power...
