to clear things up. the refresh for the 6831 fx is "P6860 fx" not "c680".and its getting 4 gb or ram with 320 gb HR 2x160.processor would be the T5550 which is also upgradable to the powerful T9300 to gain more...
right now from what i read. with the release of vista's sp1 people are its better than before and some say no changes has improved. i myself cant tell you cause use xp.but read around aroung the forum youll get some ideas.good luck
