No my hands are not sweaty, I've used notebooks since 2000, I've never encountered this problem before. Sure, after a year or so one or two keys might be starting to fade but not within a week of having a new system, not within a week...
I found out what was causing the problem. When I updated my NVidia card with the new 320M driver, it installed the audio driver over my IDT, which caused the software not to work. I just reinstalled and everything is fine now.
