ya, i only want 2gb max so i was just wondering if 2x1gb was better, or one 2gb + one 512mb. i still have to call alienware support to see if i can buy third party and install or have to go through them.

i was wondering if it was possible to do dual monitors (i.e. laptop monitor and another monitor) in dual-config. i only have one gpu right now and when i added another monitor i got the same image that was on my laptop on the lcd...

yea, just kept the same drivers and clicked "continue anyway" and it worked just fine.
