Everytime I run a program the USB 2.0 starts disconnecting and reconnecting. Says it found new hardware when it only reconnects the usb camera. Any ideas?

Just to let you know the Bios and Vbios upgrades fixed my issues. The only other issue I have is the USB 2.0 and cam which every so often decide to ding and say a non usb2.0 device is on a high speed usb hub.
