I bought my M6N last week from www.etccomputer.ca and now it seems that they removed the product from their website. Will I still be able to get support when my M6N dies or something?

One of my desktops (Athlon XP 1700+) running Windows XP Pro does pretty well with 256MB memory. 256MB is good enough for web browing, typing docs, etc. If you can't afford to dish out anymore cash, then 256 will be adequate.
