Here they are, as promised...Settings are all mid to high, shades are off by default and the FPS are shown in the bottom middle of the screen in yellow (I used the games fps meter (ctrl+R))

You could try the Doom 3 demo to see how it performs on your system (download it at fileplanet) it work ok on my m681o, as for The Sims 2 it works good my laptop on high detail at 1280 resoltion with little to no skips.
