I moved my router's frequency up to channel 6 from channel 1 out of 10 channels and problem seems to have gone away

Does everyone have connectivity issues with card Iv heard oodles of complaints with it randomly dropping connection and picking it back up or worse has anyone here had a similar problem and fixed it? thoughts would be helpful! thanks!

Nevermind it is Integrated.. Dammit... Your right I notice a difference in FPS with Sounds on and off thats why i was asking and if i got a PCI-E Sound card Would it overrite my Integrated ? would it help my preformance? thanks!
