Double post is due to the same problem. Recovery disk was found after first post was made. At 15 sec. after reboot (while loadind initial info) the computer just shuts off, no message, no warning, no nothing. But, it will stay running...

While trying to load the emachines system recovery cd, the computer turns itself off after about 15 seconds. Is there anything to fix this, or am I looking at a new hard drive ?? Any help thanks...
