I wouldn't say that. Its just that they have to paint these notebooks in a good light if they still want Dell to send them units for review. They know 8700 are no match for 79xx cards. At least the ones I've ran into.
Its kind of funny that thye just came out with these. If rumors prove true, in less than a week these numbers will be outdated. Bring on the 8800m!
There's a huge difference between obselete, and no longer top of the line cutting edge.
