What drivers are you using? I am using the omega drivers, latest ones, and have no issues with the game. You might want to remove the drivers, reboot, install new drivers, reboot, and see if that fixes it.
Put the USB Camera CD in the drive and run the setup. That is the camera and the only way I could install it is to run the setup on the camera CD.
