No all I installed was the chipset, sound, ethernet, video and touchpad (touchpad is optional) drivers.
No I dont have bluetooth on my 9100. I'm currently using the AO2 bios...I dont see a point in upgrading since everything works I only had two partitions one with the OS and another one (50MB) deleted both and made two new partitions...
If you use Mozilla FireFox to avoid those nasty ActiveX viruses, up to date firewall and antivirus software then you should be relativelty safe. And be sure to have the latest firmware update on your router

I use Norton Internet Security (Firewall + Antivirus) and a hardware firewall I disabled the SP2 firewall because two software firewalls is not a good idea.
I burned a Windows ISO at 24x without any problems

I installed XP by booting from the CD. I did what you said and fixed it
