i use it... it's cool
it uses 0 cpu on my machine (except the cpu meter which updates every second and uses 1% cpu) and averages about 8mb of ram per widget
beta is supposed to come out by mid this year, so most people will be able to get a good look at longhorn, or at least a portion of it, while the rest of features originally designed are due 2007
when i checked acer prices between Taiwan and north america last august when i was shopping for laptop... north american prices were much cheaper for high end machines, but more expensive for mid-low range
