Yeah - Just saw that. Not bad. I guess one could get the 6 cell and a 12 cell and swap them out depending on the situation.

I would bet the height discrepancy is due to the little feet this notebook has. Some measurements are the case measurement and some are probably actuall height from resting surface to the top of case. I believe the feet are .25 inches...
