That is exactly what i have. in fact at this moment, i have two of them, since they sent me a replacement because i could not get the blu-ray movies to play (which i still cant). Current firmware is 1.04

When i try to run the flash update the software is unable to find the "Target Optiarc BC-5500A is not found correctly" Guess it is not for this drive perhaps?
