yep, its plug and play just like any other external HD. No extra drivers needed for winXP

Im getting random restarts with my 8600c. Mobo’s recently been replaced… recently undervolted it as well (but had the same problem, when I returned to defaults)...
Its running fine one second (and is running cool <40) and the next second I see a black screen, and it restarts without warning.
Its been happening once or twice a week for the last month, and is starting to get annoying… anyone else hav this problem, and any solutions?
i had the same, wont power on, but lights blink for a few seconds problem. i replaced my mobo, and that problems been taken care of... however, im not sure it wont come back, since this problem occurred 10 months after i got my computer.
i feel they're a little hot, even for prescott.

idle according to bios (47c) according to speedfan and prog mobo came with, its 37 at idle.... im going to assume bios is right?
im using the stock heatsink/fan, and Arctic silver 5.... maybe ill reapply the AS5.
