I own a dv6500t laptop by hp. The first time I unplugged it from the charger, and then returned it, it stopped charging. It says "laptop plugged in, not charging". What is the point of that???? It seems that the battery...

I've read about the way to install a clean version of windows by using their separate anytime upgrade cd/dvd. The only problem is that hp didn't send me a anytime upgrade disc. I've tried my local micro center and looked on amazon and...
