I look on ebay and there is a lot of stuff with the 2500m part number of CG129 but some read as quadro 1500 but it still 512mb ram. Did they mislabel it or is there something I should know about?

If you are on Vista, you will not be able to OC it as much without losing stability. On Vista my max OC is around 600/700 @1.24v with a 130w power supply.
