I have tried multiple restore points. Every time I try it, it fails.

Tired to restore from severla points but none of them would work "system failure" was the message I got. If all else fails I have b/u everything and may reload the O/S

On my HDX18, when I press the slider bar to adjust my volume, Microsoft Excel comes up. Same if I touch the speaker off button as well. The more I press the more Excel pages I open up. Is there a fix for this ?
