not sure what you mean exactly, but i live in san luis obispo, CA and purchased it at the best buy there.
well, i was gonna see the responses on here before i had to reformat. i already tried restoring, but if the ghost image had a problem, then i could understand reformatting.

well, i have tweaked just about every setting in the ATI control panel, all to no avail. also, ATI does not offer mobile drivers, but refer to the manf. website, emachines, which doesn't have any.
