you could get around 500-800 euro on ebay. i got 700 for my 1,75 years old e1705 there. same as yours, but with 120 gb hdd, 1920x1200 screen, t7200 2.0ghz, looked like new.

i think zx18 tried swapping these cards, as he has a m90 as well as a m6300. he said it didn't work.
