once input monitoring is enabled, is there something you can unlock to get a slider for this? ive unlocked the monitor, but all I can do is mute or unmute it, I can't control its volume

Tried installing the drivers in post 448, when I re-boot the sound doesnt even intialise. Device manager says that the drivers cannot be loaded. Have tried other things like searching the registry for things like 'EnableInputMonitor'...
