I have posted this problem at Apple Forums and have received 55 views but no responses. I have downloaded the latest iWeb update. That did not help matters at all. I also forgot to mention that there are no drop shadows anymore...

After installing iWeb '08 and doing a Domain conversion (there's now a file called Domain in my User/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder), I found that iWeb created a whole new website instead of updating the one I created with iWeb...
