Thank you for your advice sir, I will do that this evening. I am used to working on desktops so I am always leery of opening laptops. I really appreciate your help, I will let you know how it goes!

Ok I made my bootable disc (using a CD rom) and keep getting this error "Cannot flash if memory managers present." ???

I tried the link to 1.04 but the program wouldn't flash it? Plus the site is down now? could you help me out with that?

Yes, I have 1.03. I hear rumors that this 1.04 is supposed to fix this problem? Is this true before I RMA it? If so, where can I get it? I tried the link in that other post and I couldn't get it to work.
