I just installed vista home premium so I can run some DirectX 10 games and everything is great...except the fact that my internet speed SUX! I went from downloading files at 900-1100kbps to anywhere from 5-150kbps. I disabled EVERYTHING...

No, I'm sorry. This comes with no warranty. I forgot to put that in my original post. I never get things warrantied (which works out fine for me until i try to sell it).
The laptop is in EXCELLENT condition. No visible wear. This has been used as a desktop for me so the keyboard and mousepad have hardly EVER been touched. The lid is hardly ever closed so there is no wear on the hinges either.
