I don't think you will be able to replace that one damaged part... Send Sager/your dealer a RMA request if you are still under warranty.
sounds like you are attempting to use the standard ATI Catalyst drivers. go to this link and follow the directions. when you are done you can now use the standard ATI drivers: http://www.driverheaven.net/patje/

With the screen up look on the top right of your machine this is beteween the base of the machine. At the hinge area look for a small pin and see if its standing up or bent down. If its there and down GENTLY press on it with a paper...
