I have this problem as well and would like a fix for it

I have a 3790 and when it's unplugged it says it's at like 200 sum MHZ and when plugged in it says 599 MHZ. It's a 1.7 GHZ processor, is this just an error? How do I find out if it is really running at 599 MHZ?

On the bios I saw it says you can change to boot logo. Where is the file stored?
