Ok so a bit of history, my 7900 GS in my 9400 died so i took the opertunity to upgrade to a quadro 2500m. Later on down the line the area of the screen that houses the inverter started making a buzzing sound and the screen would go blank...

well it ended up not mattering if the cord were the same or not cause guess what....................it was the ****ing 7950.... yeah even though an external monitor worked the port on the 7950 connecting to the flex cable was aparently...
