Wierd, I only ever had bad sectors just give me random crashes and losses of data, never slow downs. I thought that hds remap bad sectors on chkdsk running anyway.

You can overclock your gpu, there's plenty of threads about it. However the highest I could POSSIBLY get it is 700mhz core 900mhz mem, and it had to be under 65C temp in order to not crash. I'm still trying to find out how to overvolt...
