I'm having the same problem. I'm taking mine to get fixed but I'd like to know the cause of this problem so that I can tell the person fixing it.

Whenever I apply pressure to the area around the touchpad on my laptop, it freezes and all the USB devices fail. I've heard that this is actually a common problem with this model and I would love to know how to fix it before I'm forced...
