$150, huh? Why not check out the Zalman NC-1000 (is that right?) notebook cooler? It's cheaper and has garnered pretty good reviews in terms of cooling.
Dunno about the bluetooth, I didn't get it in my NP2090, but you could always try contacting Sager or your reseller if you bought it from Xotic or something. They might be able to tell you something.
