Have you owned this for a while and it just now has a bios password? Or did you buy it from Ebay and it has this password on it? A guy I work with bought a Dell Laptop from ebay, which seemed like an alright deal, wasn't super cheap....
There is also the DPI scaling. Right click the desktop, click personalize. On the window that pops up, on the left side, usually the second option from the top, click Adjust Font Size (DPI). You can select Default scale or Larger...
