checked with nvidia Inspector, voltage seems the same as default, so I dunno. I guess it's fixed? I still need to update the drivers.

I did the yougamers test and it looks the same. also the performance index is similar to before opening the lid.

is it possible I hampered GPU performance with that spark?

I honestly doubt that spark has damaged the GPU, I guess it would be more hidden. besides, it it was the gpu, it would be huge-

so after a few days sound has dulled down. no issue I think. Now Windows Performance Index is inconsistant however. GPU performance is 7.6-7.5 depending on the mood of the laptop.
