the pictures that i saw with the 2012 doesnt have the slot load drive on it... there are some pictures on newegg.com .. if u havnt already looked at those..

you may have left already.. but have a great and safe trip man.. i lived in japan for a while and it was great.. i bought nike shoes for like 10 bucks.. haha.. and stay out of the red light district.. if u dont know what that is, good.....

excuse my noobiness... but if u change the hard drive in an acer 2025.. it voids the warranty u have on it?
