This is probably an obvious answer, but CPU-Z shows my RAM on my 8204 at:
Frequency: 266.7MHz
FSBRAM: 5:8
CAS# Latency: 4.0 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay: 4 clocks
RAS# Precharge: 4 clocks
Cycle Time: 12 clocks
Why is it showing...
I got mine from TigerDirect. Placed the order on Mon at 4:40 pm and received it 10AM the next day! Paid $87 for overnight shipping, but it's worth it. The price for the 8204 was at $2499, which is the highest out there, but no one else...
I just got my 8204 and I would like to do a clean install of Win XP Pro and switch the file system to NTFS.
When I did a clean install on my 5720 (sending it back), it did not give me an option to format the HDD in FAT32, so will...
I just got my Sager 5720 a week ago and I love it except for the size/weight/battery life specs. It's great for now, but it'll be a problem when I go back to school in March...so I am considering swapping it out for a 8204
